Traditional Chinese Massage (Tui Na)
Tui Na is well suited for the treatment of specific musculoskeletal disorders and chronic stress-related disorders of the digestive, respiratory and reproductive systems.

Acupressure can help alleviate ailments such as tension, stress, muscular aches and pains, arthritis, menstrual cramps, headaches, insomnia and for general maintenance and preventative health care.
Deep Tissue Oil Massage
Deep Tissue oil Massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct deep pressure. It helps loosen your muscle tissues and get blood and oxygen circulating properly.
Reflexology (foot massage)

Cupping involves heating up a specially designed glass cup and placing this on the skin. The heat inside the cup creates suction and tension to the muscles.
